Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return most items from your order.
- Items must be unworn, with original tags and clear packaging.
- We currently accept returns for U.S. orders only.
- We do , only refunds for eligible returns.
How long do I have to request a return?
You must request a return within 7 days of your order being marked “delivered.”
Once approved, you’ll have 7 more days to ship it back.
Are there any return fees?
- If the item is missing tags or not returned in original condition, a 20% fee may apply.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Jewelry, beauty products, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, face masks, or Final Sale items.
Do you accept international returns?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for international orders at this time. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll provide a full refund.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting our support team. Once shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
